Chantilly Turf Farms, Inc. (CTF) has been growing and marketing quality sod to the Washington Metro area for 41 years. Started in 1970, Chantilly Turf Farms, Inc. has provided sod to the Federal Government, Universities, schools and residential communities. We particularly like providing sod to private homeowners because of the attention they give to their new lawn.

Chantilly Turf Farms, Inc. grows two types of grass: a mixture of Tall Fescue and Bluegrass and a single variety of 100% Bluegrass. The Universities of Virginia and Maryland have determined that the fescue mixture is the best suited for the North Peidmont region. The Bluegrass is just as attractive, but requires a little different maintenance. Our sod is grown from "certified" seed. The seeds are subjected to rigid testing both at their origination and at our farm fields. This insures their purity of kind, their germination rate and the absence of weed seeds. Seeds that don't measure up to required standards are rejected.

HOME OWNERS and CONTRACTORS can come to our office location and pick up however much sod
you need, no matter how big or small. Chantilly Turf Farms, Inc. harvests our sod and brings it to our
office location for your convenience. We also offer delivery to meet the needs of our customers.
